  • Terrible. You will be promised 40hrs a week for full-time and 32 for part-time but the supervisor will work you to death. 12-16 hr. Days sometimes 4 weeks in a row. If you call off they will fire you. You will have no life other than rescare.

  • There's ABSOLUTELY no balance and scales are skewed heavily towards work any semblance of a life you had prior to getting a job here could very possibly cease to exist especially if you want full time hours

  • I would suggest they learn communication skills to there cleints and there staff also that they learn about followup on there cleints and advise there staff about that followup.

  • I enjoy my job

  • I can't stand it! Between getting backstabbed by co-workers, being treated badly by support coordinators, and the executive director never happy, it's miserable. Not even to mention the mounds of paperwork that no one completes.
