  • I would say to any interview you dress nice such as nice pants and a nice shirt. Make sure you are clean hair combed and ready to impress.

  • The new interview guide is ok but I think the questions need to be more in depth. When I had my interview it was almost 2 hours long. I'm not saying that a DSP needs to be in a 2 hour interview but I do think we need more in depth questions. I have only interviewed with one other company and that was 23 years ago but even then I had to take a battery of test to get to the hiring point.

  • After working for another company for 23 years and coming to the ResCare was quite the change. With that being said the change was for the better. If I have a question and need an answer I know who to ask and they are always helpful. I think we have a lot of people in HR that are committed as I am. The HR team takes ownership of what they do and I must say that I am proud to be a part of this HR team.
