Rescare could be a great place they just need to clean up upper management. They need to clean up the managers at the home. I think they just fill people in because it's a body. It takes more than a body to take care of clients who have a disability.

Communication and support. The Executive Directors are always on edge because upper management is never supportive but rather always seems to be looking for someone to blame.

Unable to get healthcare due to hours being cut as punishment.
I know I'm undervalued because your harassed on days off to come in, you work over 40+ scheduled a wk. 12 her days and they illegally expect you to care for more clients at one time then your suppose to. Some who even have 1 on 1 required care, where you have them and 4 or even 6 others at a time
Employees flop their lazy butts in a chair or couch and rake in the doe as they sleep or watch TV. The honest hardworking employees get stressed out trying to pick up other's slack.
