Everyone lies and talks about Everyone else it's worse than a high-school setting
Some need to understand the meaning of the word urgency, but honestly that probably falls back on the company, and lack of compensation
No one wants to be there because the pay and management are so terrible

My coworkers don't do their jobs and are treated better than me.

If all staff were treated equally, provided the same opportunities, be afforded the same chances at scheduling ( weekends off ) while the majority of us work 12 he shifts on weekends
