Stop allowing management to control narrative. Manipulate situations so they can get staff in trouble or the ones they don't like isolated and fired.

This whole entire company needs to change. First thing is they need to hire people who actually care about the clients.
Higher people who love what they do like I didn't who show compassion who cares and he's going to complete and accomplish and be driven to reach success in these clients hiring a drug addict you find line around the streets because they need a body to fill in the houses so the house can get paid
