Let the staff no what to exspect when they start
The moment someone walks through the door they don't get hired on the spot they should interview don't actually
They don't even see if you were even qualified or even if you have the patience or the man or the will to stay off drugs while you were on shift and even though they have caught you many times I guess the process would be pretty easy for just anybody take care for another person's life
Be more aware of potential employees
