They need to be better on how they treat the staff that woeks for then and try to help then instead of sending them to other people then getting mad that they went to that persone
Listening to issues, giving constructive criticism. Stop the bullying and toxic long-term staff and middle managers from over stepping, better train, communicate better and care!
Rescare could be a great place they just need to clean up upper management. They need to clean up the managers at the home. I think they just fill people in because it's a body. It takes more than a body to take care of clients who have a disability.

There is no one to go to for help, upper management just blow off lower staff and dont care about what happens
Everything needs a total change. Partiality and inconsiderate management.
Ensure clients get adequate care. Listen to staff then when they report concerns about managers under them
To care more about the employees. To care more about the consumers. To take more pride in the appearance of the facilities, especially the group homes. To have more paid Holidays. To get less expensive medical insurance.

Communication and support. The Executive Directors are always on edge because upper management is never supportive but rather always seems to be looking for someone to blame.
