Terrible. You will be promised 40hrs a week for full-time and 32 for part-time but the supervisor will work you to death. 12-16 hr. Days sometimes 4 weeks in a row. If you call off they will fire you. You will have no life other than rescare.

There's ABSOLUTELY no balance and scales are skewed heavily towards work any semblance of a life you had prior to getting a job here could very possibly cease to exist especially if you want full time hours
