  • Work life balance is great for a start-up, but it's a lot of work, though it's very exciting and rewarding.

  • Great. There is no expectation that you take your work home with you. That said, people just get work done. Everyone shares the same vision and drive for company success. The organization is flexible with work from home schedules (if necessary). There are a handful of social activities organized by the company.

  • Never really had an issue. If there was extra work that needed to be done it was a decision I was able to make. No one has ever forced me to work beyond the hours I was scheduled for.

  • Rover is all about hiring within. We're big on putting people in the RIGHT position. My time here, I haven't seen anyone who had a promotion that didn't deserve it!

  • Awesome! 4 weeks to start, plus you can earn a 5th week of vacation by dog sitting through the platform.

  • Rover provides plenty of time for vacation time. My department never made it an issue for me to take time off as long as notice was given. In fact, they seem to encourage people to take a vacation if needed.
