
I get to interact with animals, and help the owners
There was no interview. Just a background check, payment, and profile production.
Seeing my doggies! I love bonding with animals, and just learning from them. Getting exercise with them and feeling good physically.
Again, different because we set our own rate. But due to the fact we can only charge so much for a 30 min dog walk, I think they should invest in helping us move on to more opportunities after awhile.
Again, providing more opportunities. As an idea, after 1 year of a certain number of dog walks, we could gain a recommendation from them to apply to a dog training program or something, which would then lead to a better career.
They just take too much money out. I get $20 per walk, and takes about an hour of my time all together, maybe a couple bucks of gas. But they take 4 of it, and with gas, I get 14 per walk. This is not enough.
Well, the answers were very neutral due to Rover being an online database where we gain regular clients. But I do think they could set up some sort of events in different areas, forums, social media, app, just to exchange ideas and learn from each other, also giving info and opportunities to grow
