I like the way that everyone supports each other. There is a lot of mutual appreciation between everyone on every team, and it's nice to see people across the board being recognized for their hard work and efforts, no matter their role within the organization.

When I get to work with team members on difficult tasks and we come up with innovative solutions that make sense and provide value to our customers. It feels great to be trusted with hard problems, not be micro managed, and be allowed to find and build solutions that work.

My team works well together because we have a lot of trust. We understand our goals, and know how to turn stakeholder requests and user stories into a great final product. I like working with my team on all of our projects every day to help meet our goals and deliver.
