I love my experience and for me this company has changed my life.
Service Express has changed my life. I love it. I have watched the company scale and try to keep up. I think we are faced with some growing pains. One experience that I haven't enjoyed is the lack of financial gain that I can see in my role. I mentioned this before but would like to see this increas
It's a great company and one I think i'll retire at.
it has been great. I will say the past year has been tough and at times the vision isn't as clear as it has been in the past.
PTO and other time off for holidays
We have fun but get crap done.
most of the time the transparency
They are like family to me.
transparency and their desire to help me grow.
the people I get to spend time with
PTO. that seems to line up. also holiday pay
They care about my personal, professional and financial goals.
401K that match they provide
they are a great family
the people for sure. They keep you moving forward.
the people I work with
desire to help me achieve my personal professional and financial goals
The people and growth of the company does it for me.
The people and how I get to impact those around me.
we are a team. We work towards one goal and really love each other.
How they interact with us. Casting vision for the future and where we are going.
How they interact with our team and don't act like they are better than us.
Vision for the future. I love that we have fun and at the same time can work hard.
That I get to help young people become better professionals and excel in their job. And the people I get to see daily.
They care and would do anything for me anytime I need it. They want me to succeed and it doesn't feel like competition with them.
The people is what makes it. We say people-powered but it's so true. If it wasn't for the people and the mission I wouldn't be here.
How they are human and don't act like they are up above everybody else. How they interact with the company as a whole and admit they are human.
We are told that if we provide value we will be paid more than ever. When I look at other sales leaders in our company they make a lot more than the SDR leadership does. We bring a ton of value and are told that all the time but financially it doesn't show.
I think for me personally when I moved from an SDR to a manager I got an increase in my salary but overall with all my commission was bringing in I am making the same amount. I don't think it's a bad amount but would personally like to make more. Because of this I don't feel undervalued though.
