When I started at Service Express the culture seemed really strong, however as situations have arose and the years have passed the cracks have begun to show. There has been a serious lack of attention or acknowledgement of those cracks leading to decreased engagement and my longevity outlook

yearly increase are not keeping up with the market, new employees are being brought it at a higher rate then their peers with more experience. Large amount Internal individuals have to wait till annual reviews to get increases despite taking on new titles and responsibilities.

Listen to the feedback being asked and actually make changes based off said feedback. Over the last year we've provided a lot of feedback but haven't seen any changes. Additionally, when concerns are addressed by ELT it feels as they are "discredited" or we are told why that's not legitimate
