I have never worked at a company that outwardly values me as a professional and a person as much as Service Express does.

I am proud to work at Service Express! I would recommend it to a friend. I do think there needs to be improvements in benefits, opportunity, and pay for leadership in my department specifically.

When you look at the market for my position, my salary is a fair compensation, but my commission structure yields a relatively low OTE. However, a bad day at Service Express is far better than a good day at another company, which is why I stay.

I would like a better 401K match first and foremost. I think the level of agility my team has to have and the amount of tool knowledge while also fostering the people on my team to make sure there is a healthy pipeline of talent for the company to choose from.

My department (Sales Development) is told that we set the bar for the culture and development standards of our people, but as leaders, we are the lowest compensated within the company it feels like. We handle the most about of turnover and the people pipeline for the company, but are not compensated
