The willingness to help. Talent.
New board, new ELT members, not caring about people any more.
Comp, diversity, more females in the ELT. Its becoming a boys club.
They are like family. We come together to solve all problems -personal and professional - etc.
We are family - but its hard to stay positive when ELT and senior leadership cares more about the bottom line.
I would like to be compensated fairly. SE is not alinged on raises and certain depts - make way more than others.
Listening to their employees. Actually doing what they are saying. People do not matter anymore. Making sure the board is happy is #1.
I am paid below market value and so are many of my peers. While my immediate manager and HR trys to change things - little change is made.
Better health care, increase in salary - inflation is unreal - however, we still are giving 3-5% raise. Hire more so teams are not burned out. Double our IT team, stop with all of the random meetings to push through a product.
The shift to work from home. Work life balances has improved 300%. While I work crazy hours - at least I am able to see my husband and children. Also, I save so much time on driving and find myself more productive due to less distractions.
The executive team is very much focused on revenue vs people. They have lost sight of it and just speak about about culture and people. Very little action is done. Since the changes on the executive leadership - Ron and original members are not presented the full picture but rather a filtered ver
