Pay employees for being on call. Pay hourly employees better for being on call during the holidays. hours should be 8-4 and not 8-5 We re only paid for a 40 hour week, and we actually work a 45 hour week.
I would appreciate if our leadership would actually lead, and not manage. They have a motto, "do as I say, and not as I do". it's all about what is best for the company, and not what's best for the employee or the customer.
Pay employees fairly. We have very poor leaders in the company. Hire more workers, so we can take care of our customers, and take care of the employees with better work balance. My direct manager, has no idea what is actually going on, or doesn't care.
