It has been a great experience working here. Once the first few weeks of orientation were complete, it was off and running and almost four years later, never bored and always challenged but also encouraged to keep that work/life balance.

Have enjoyed my time with SE since I joined. It has been fast paced and challenging but I have never regretted coming here.

I appreciate the HSA supplement that SE provides. I also appreciate the holiday half days as that is not something I have heard other employers doing.

Always a positive atmosphere. Even when things might not always be going the absolute best, there is positive energy in working things out and finding ways to improve the company.

Still provide a very decent company match to my retirement savings and contribute to my Health Savings Plan on a yearly basis. PTO time is also very reasonable. All appreciated!

Helping others in resolving a problem for them, coming up with a solution to make their day to day work life run smoother and just making improvements in general to the tools and processes that we interact with.

We are a young team that is eager to learn and grow, which is exciting to be a part of. A lot of work for our team to do but we always work together to meet the business priorities.
