Customer Service is very unresponsive at times. It takes multiple phone calls and emails before I ever get a response from someone.
In our Location, Seems the Leadership Team doesn't know what's going on at times. It's all about Paper but Can't hear Driver complaints about the Clients. Some of the Clients are Rude and Disrespectful to Drivers. Complaints go unanswered. Drivers are Overloaded with work. So Stressful.
