the Leadership treats everyone as if they are family.

Constant dysfunctionality from all aspects
This job isn't for everyone but anyone can do it. There's Onsite and Offsite. There Use to be Purge Drivers/Routes but it's Forced on Route drivers and it's never an easy task. Some ares/places a Driver shouldn't go or shouldn't be doing .. but We gotta get that paper.
The team helps each other when the need arises.

Customer Service. Customer Service. Unanswered Emails in a timely manner. Don't try to call and Talk with someone, Usually a long wait, up to and beyond 45 minutes. The Drivers take on the Slack and make excuses.
