Shred it is only concerned with matrix's and their on time performance . The false concern for employees is evident when the managers out right hate their jobs so there is no incentive to be productive or to actually care since they apparently are only concerned with themselves

ACT as leaders not concerned with nonsense numbers such as ontime which means nothing compared to deplorable customer service
