Gratification of getting things done and being apart of a positive work environment
When you start bootcampers with a low salary and only give them modest annual pay bumps, the pay doesn't increase at the same pace as market value
I feel like it is unfair to pay all the bootcampers the same regardless of their prior experience or their performance since graduating from bootcamp. I view my compensation as below industry average for my experience.
