
Attrition has been difficult. Covid has been difficult. Pay adjustments have been difficult. Internal conflict has increased between teams. I think none of this is new but it dampens the excitement of coming to work.
Simplus historically has done a great job at building culture. As we grow/face attrition and start integrating with more Infosys the way we approach culture building probably will need to adjust versus what we have done previously.
The pay ranges are very large and a lot of pay is based on negotiations coming in rather than being based on skills, tenure, etc. It's difficult to continue to see other organizations get their pay/bonuses as we are not expecting to see any bonus pay until the end of H1 of next year.
