It was the same as pretty much anyplace else..
Management doesn't seem to have the intelligence necessary to fix the problems.
I don't have an office to go to. For the most part I work independently.
The executives waste our time patting themselves on the back about the "great" things they've accomplished but the problems we encounter day to day never improve. In fact, many are getting worse.
Management needs to focus on the customer and customer service. We can't get product to sell, fixture components to keep displays looking good, or the proper graphics for any of the displays.
Benefits for the employee only are very inexpensive. But if I were to add my spouse the cost goes through the roof. None of the route service representatives have had a raise in years.
