They will drop you without notice even if you are an excelling employee, and then the top person takes the credit for all the hard work you did.
They say they are open to diversity in thinking but really are not. The CEO (Hummel) is not open-minded and he wants the company to go back to old style culture. That is not going to work going forward. It won't attract the talent we need and won't keep the talent we have.
