They will drop you without notice even if you are an excelling employee, and then the top person takes the credit for all the hard work you did.

They say they are open to diversity in thinking but really are not. The CEO (Hummel) is not open-minded and he wants the company to go back to old style culture. That is not going to work going forward. It won't attract the talent we need and won't keep the talent we have.

It was a very toxic and a complete mockery of what a business is

They micro-micro-manage. Unfortunately they don't realize that in order to micro-micro-manage you first need to be able to manage.

A few of them are forward thinking and will actually get rid of people who aren't a good fit for where the company needs to go.

As a former manager they gossip target certain workers and would be just as unprofessional as a teenage employee

Management needs to focus on the customer and customer service. We can't get product to sell, fixture components to keep displays looking good, or the proper graphics for any of the displays.

Medical benefits are absolutely incredible.

Medical and Prescription benefits are great. Pension is fully funded. 401k is a nice benefit.

The salary structure has not been updated in a long time and sets a false ceiling for those who perform well. There is no wiggle room for talent.

Benefits for the employee only are very inexpensive. But if I were to add my spouse the cost goes through the roof. None of the route service representatives have had a raise in years.

The employees were great but if the management understood leader they would be better

The executives waste our time patting themselves on the back about the "great" things they've accomplished but the problems we encounter day to day never improve. In fact, many are getting worse.

Work needs to be given out in an equitable manner.

My last group was negative. New group is positive. It really depends on the tone your leader sets and who they have picked to be on staff.
