everyone is super helpful and willing to lend a hand when needed. everyone is here to get stuff done and to make sure the team is doing great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below market and if brought up, leadership finds a workaround. The output of work from every employee is not compensated properly and we're still expected to go above and beyond for the company. Stack is constantly referred to as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.
