we aim for an equitable culture with actual investments made from listening to the market and inside from our employees sharing/suggesting. We are not a cookie cutter company--mission driven starts at the top.
Leaders who teach, who are accessible, who are all mission driven, who leave room for autonomy, who are United but all diverse in background and skill sets, all dedicated to customers team and each other
Allowing employees to guide the culture and create whatever we need or missing pieces as time progresses -but still keeping the echos of the old school and trusted foundations we are built on- which is simply, the stash way
Partnerships Accessibility Openness Each brings a diff skill and perspective to stash and our worlds of users and employees Open to change Open to hiccups and refreshes Available to teach listen brainstorm or idea swap
mentorship, feedback driven, acceptability, creative brilliant innovative thinkers, inclusive in DEI and teams cross working together, non biased psychologically safety is a priority here, asking and shifting to match the gaps and needs of a large team, sharing and streamlining for productivity,
seeing results from large big rock projects, seeing/hearing from customers on their journeys, quickly shifting things to ensure success at each level, failure as a lesson and not as a failure (as long as it is iterated on again and again), winning awards, being innovative in building teams and org.
We have (organically formed) a diverse exec team and Leadership Team at Stash based on merit first- which is ideal for creating organic and healthy DEI standard teams within Stash. I love the accessibility to leaders and the cross team/leader work we are ramping up to keep up with scale and demand.
I feel I have allowed myself to be stuck in a level and comp package for too long assuming it would be changed and looked deeply into by another person. I do not put that on Stash. I have never been treated as though I am an undervalued employee or team member outside comp.
