Stash has been one of the best startups I've ever worked for and I'm glad to see how much it's grown in these past few years. I'm even more excited now with all of the new talent we have, the new products we're developing and to see how much we can grow during the whole process.

The transparency we get every week through conversations and all-hands to keep us informed of the latest developments and to keep building our momentum.

We are given stipends each year to use for purchasing better home office equipment, education products and for tickets & travel to conventions and events we participate in.

The credit we get towards internet, office equipment and the ability to expense our stays to the office when coming in for functions. I also am happy seeing our value go up which makes my shares worth more.

We're able to come together and plan things well, everyone has a fair opportunity to voice their opinions and we discuss them formally without anyone being left unconsidered. We're flexible and can work independently but form to tackle bigger problems easily when needed.

Everyone is respectful of one another and understandable of each others workload. No one wants to work with additional pressure from irritated co-workers. Stash does an excellent job ensuring this during our interview process, I appreciate knowing that all of my other co-workers are approachable.

Coming up with a working solution to the problem at hand, applying it and seeing it fix the issue. We develop complex infrastructure relationships and the guard rails needed to ensure that the rest of the company follows the process and procedures we're responsible for providing.

I've worked in environments where it's very much heads-down, keep to yourself and get your work done. While our objectives and goals are important, our team is flexible enough to work through our daily individual issues and also come together to plan out more complex changes involving the whole team

Being presented with a problem, digging in to troubleshoot it, identifying the issue, resolving it and then coming up with a plan to keep it from happening in the future. I enjoy the work of testing the problem and coming to a conclusion from the findings and testing those theories along the way.

Stash's leadership constantly extends themselves to make sure we are kept in the loop on the latest developments for the company. They go beyond the scope of their role to ensure that we're all working comfortably and to the best of our abilities. I feel that my manager really pushes me to succeed.
