Align compensation increases with inflation and more opportunity for growth in the company. More opportunities to grow, increase value, career goals. Perks, trinkets, events, and accolades do not pay bills.
More training, more interaction with team members from other departments, more communication from executives, more feeling like a part of a business and knowing if this company is going to survive in the future. Feeling disconnected from the vision. Company more concerned about 'woke'ness than biz.
Pay is not in alignment very well with job descriptions in the industry. Do not feel appreciated when pay increases are delayed or not in alignment with job and responsibilities.. 3% delayed cost of living increase with 9% inflation does not help with feeling valued as an employee.
Working remote is hard and emotionally draining. Specifically in the team I am in, there is little connection anymore or team work and that doesn't help with the emotional stamina of dealing with angry customers calling in support frustrated with Syncro, late Jiras, etc. Getting rid of ROP was bad.
Customers are tired of the BS here at Syncro, saying they will do this and not following through. Customers may like features, but it not scalable for larger MSPs. They know the company is for startups. Support has been awful for a long time and users need to re-trust Syncro and changes they need.
