There's a huge chasm between the directors and the staff. It's as if leadership wants to keep the company benefits to themselves and not share in the goodness of what we've all built together.
Upper management is showing improvement but there is still room there. You have very talented people in this org, take advantage of that. I feel that at times the feedback that the c-suite wants is just "you are doing a great job".
