I work at TED-Ed and it's the best team ever

Upper management is showing improvement but there is still room there. You have very talented people in this org, take advantage of that. I feel that at times the feedback that the c-suite wants is just "you are doing a great job".

There's a huge chasm between the directors and the staff. It's as if leadership wants to keep the company benefits to themselves and not share in the goodness of what we've all built together.

I wittensed Ted, it was beautiful. It brought a tear to my eye.

At heart, they are good people.

I feel very learderized by ted. Ted is the only man i trust. I would sacrifice my family pet for ted.

Help the iqos team stop changing the gial posts . Get back to them . Dont ignore them

Directors make anywhere from $200k to $350k / year. Many of them don't even show up to the office many days. Some hardly ever. There are staff members that make $40k and are expected to work long hours and weekends. It's ridiculous.

Talented group of hard workers.

The staff is comprised of some of the brightest individuals I've ever known. They are passionate, good-humored, and kind! Not only that, they produce some of the greatest work in the industry. It's truly an honor to be part of the team.

They will not let us have a voice and shut us down

Strong efforts being made to maintain a balanced culture.

Ted is the number 1 culture. Ted is there, it must be a good envoirment.

More LGBTQ+ and POC voices need to be prioritized. It's a bunch of cis, straight, white people making all the decisions, and it's often not inclusive of marginalized communities.
