I would say business casual. Some departments are more formal than other so it does depend on which team you're interviewing for.

  • "Sneakers and jeans are fine, and so is a great dress, your lucky vest or some conversation-starting jewelry. Yes, you can be both casual and fabulous!" I over-dressed my interview but still got the job:)
