The Kraft Heinz Company Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Retirement and medical benefits are nice however, the benefits are as according to what you pay for

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus was solid as were health

Bonus structure is very competitive

No idea, never had it explained to me.

It goes up when you hit grade pay.

Bonus can be more competitive than elsewhere

Great health care benefits for me and my children.

Nothing to elaborate. Nothing at all.

Bonus payout is generous for executives

It's a great benefits package

The bonus structure is really competitive

Bonus and health care coverage

Hsa card dental benefits pricing

The pay just got better

Large yearly bonus if we hit goals

Health insurance has a lot of different options to fit your needs

Not expensive for me and 1 child

It rewards those who deliver results.

Review from Operations Dept

Good pay and good bonus

Lomg Term Incentives, variable compensation

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They could pay me my last vacation day I earned and they could update my status to no longer working there so I can clear out my 491k seeing as how I was suspended for 2 weeks before they decided to terminate me and left me unable to pay my bills

Review from Product Dept

A decent pay raise across the board for workers,(cost of living has jumped significantly since Covid), a good pension brought back seeing as how they took the old one away, the old insurance back, recognition rather than a constant lack there of when they give the ever so rare candy bar for kudos

Very hard to speak with a person

Better health ins better pay at least 2 saturdyas off a month! So we can plan things... better managment thats for the people! A stronger union

If there was any value placed on our personal life. Concern given for the exhaustion of the work force. If anyone stood up for the hourly workers and their needs. Feeding us is not the cure for 72+ hours a week.

In the floor there is a bunch of people with skills and education and we are poorly paid

Review from Product Dept

The pay is not up to market standards

An initiative to perform better for all employees instead of going through the motions day after day

We, as employees get treated horribly and taken advantage of as hard workers. The good/decent employees get taken advantage of and repeatedly screwed over by management and Human Resources.

We have lived through covid with barely any benefits to coming to work. New hires are getting bonuses! No appreciation shown from management!

Review from Product Dept

I'm cross trained to do several positions, first. Second, the workers who don't preform well create an uncomfortable work environment. Third, the equipment malfunctions and blaming the workers is unacceptable. Forth, no concerns for people enrolled in school to support their needs.

I work hard whereas others are not most employes at kraft have to overwork to take up the slack of lazy workers.

I feel over worked, unappreciated, and under paid for the work I do.

Base salary is way below peer companies

Them to do what they tell you and not lie all the time

Review from Product Dept

This company pretends to practice ownership, meritocracy and integrity. They don't. Bring compensation and benefits in line with current standards. Make pay increases merit based, not one percentage across the board for all. Award performers-encourage merit, not mediocrity. Paid sick days for all.

Review from Engineering Dept

I am overworked and mandated to do more than capable. Place is trash

Review from Operations Dept

Salaries might be above market average, but it's not enough when we're expected to do the work of all the people being laid off as part of cost cutting.

Get similar income for the role responsibility as I would in the industry.

Review from Sales Dept

I was just told KraftHeinz hired on 3 men that make 10,000 more than I do and I have been here for 2 years!!! If you are a female or speak your mind you will have the constant threat of termination and pushed to the side so they can hire men
