Most of my coworkers are excellent at their jobs however, I've seen a lot of coworkers that get to keep jobs and even go up into a higher positions that shouldn't be in higher positions due to their lack of effort towards the job is that they currently hold it's all about who knows who at Kraft

The ones who actually work as a team make the day worth working. However, the other staff who don't create an uncomfortable work environment thus making it difficult to want to wake up at 3am to go to work for a 12 hour shift.
We stick together and help each other out because of poor leadership and lack of talent from the lead poor communication people force to do overtime through sweating and sick plus placed in positions that is unfair due to putting to much work and responsibilities on the lines

Hr has started hiring people from a temp agency who have felons and ankle bracelets. The quality of help is horrible.

Maintenance personnel and skilled labor we go to school we sacrifice our personal time for education most of our operators are high school graduates with no education other than that operator should operate equipment maintenance should do maintenance work not both
