Interacting with employees. We don't hear much from them they don't do much to try to relate to employees.
I enjoy the work that I do. I like that I get to see a little bit of what each area contributes to our company.
A lot of the negativity comes from resistance to change. I think that the company culture could be positively impacted if leadership was more involved with employees.
