
I haven't had a raise in 3 years and the new bonus structure pits co-workers against each other to fight for the same piece of money.
Leadership is in the same fight that everyone is - every man for themselves. They don't see the big picture of lifting up your employees for a stronger team and therefor stronger management.
The company is in a very dark place right now. People are feeling undervalued they are not being compensated appropriately. The bonus structure has been changed to pit co-workers against each other to battle for the same piece of money.
Management is inconsistent and constantly turning over and changing procedure. They need to recognize the strengths of people who have been there for years and years and value them. They are the only thing that is going to save this company.
I have a great bunch of co-workers who are knowledgeable and want to do well. Management works us against each other, rather than up with each other on a team. Management does not show any confidence in their teams and micromanages them until they feel insecure and belittled.
