
Doesn’t matter where you go or which department you talk to, the consistent feedback I hear from everyone is the company is very stingy.
Listening to the needs of the employees otherwise you will see an even larger exodus of employees than you are currently seeing from select and other commercial departments.
Travelers Number 1 Goal above everything is a 10% return on investment to the stockholders. They will cut anything and everything in order to meet that goal. Upper management is out of touch with the needs of their employees and don’t seem to care.
