Have tonfind a new desk every day due to change in office where no kne gets an assigned desk. So now no one can have any personalization or get to know anyone

There are still good employees there that keep quiet in order to avoid drama.
People and interactions on team
The company is all about helping others whether that is through providing each employee a thousand dollars when they volunteer a 100 hours outside of work. They have started a new program that encourages employees to get involved in their community whether as board member or just a volunteer.
Travelers hires the right people. There are not any office mean girls.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have managers who really listen to concerns, and genuinely want to help, instead of blowing you off, or not even listening to you
Increase staff, or at least higher independent adjuster's until we can get caught up. Working double and triple the average workload each week is inhumane and criminal.
They should actually listen to their employees feedback and implement their concerns. If they can do this they will be able to retain their staff. They need to pay them fairly, have more realistic QM expectations and provide adequate on the job training for new employees

Doesn’t matter where you go or which department you talk to, the consistent feedback I hear from everyone is the company is very stingy.
