
Interview process was transparent and quick. Interviewed with internal recruiter, manager, team members, leadership team. No need for design projects or skills test. Instead I had the chance to talk through paat experience and showcase potential rather than focus on output alone.

Maybe have someone confident in the job that is being hired for a full knowledge of all of the policies involved before offering a job and maybe not lying about that information prior to her and then conveniently changing it afterwards.
