What did you like most about the interview process?

Interview process was transparent and quick. Interviewed with internal recruiter, manager, team members, leadership team. No need for design projects or skills test. Instead I had the chance to talk through paat experience and showcase potential rather than focus on output alone.

Quick process. Good interviewers. Well thought oit.

Entire process was fast and interviewing managers were welcoming, nice, and set realistic workload expectations.

The conversations that I had with the managers and learning what made them happy at Travelers. Also that they understand you may not be the expert on a specific tool but as long as you are willing to put in the time to learn it they will still consider you.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Streamline it and make hiring faster

Too many interviews to get through for entry level while higher ones are easy if you know someone

Too many people involved in interview.

Maybe have someone confident in the job that is being hired for a full knowledge of all of the policies involved before offering a job and maybe not lying about that information prior to her and then conveniently changing it afterwards.
