Our needs to focus on improving our current unit and allow for other units to staff themselves
The hospital administration, especially nurse managers need to be replaced with people who know what they are doing.
Leadership needs to start caring about their staff and patient safety. Not only do they force employees to work short staffed EVEN when people want to pick up, they're not even around to help when it is needed.
We are rhe lowest paid hospital in the county. They've been "bending the truth" that we are gettig bought out by another company and to hold on because things will get better. After two years, that fell through. We would be making 15-20/hr, they further disrespected us by giving us a $1-2 raise.
