Communication. Being honest. Being professional.
Review from Operations Dept
Completely inept leadership on the executive and board level. CEO not a leader by any objective measure.
Review from Operations Dept
working with the floor staff for their trust, work for better scheduling, and help on the floor when needed. Most of time, the nurse manager is a Registered Nurse, BSRN. So they could help if they would. Most are too lazy and dont care and WONTHELP UNLESS THE STATE IS THERE SURVEYING US

Leadership means taking care of those under you in order to produce a better outcome for you, them, and everyone else affected.

Underpaid for position. Had 1 raise in 3 years, then 6 months later our pay was reduced by 10%. HR director, manager, and CNE all have horrible communication and were unprofessional.
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone afraid of losing their jobs due the hospital's weak finances. Big smoke screen on the finances and apparently using HUD money to make the finances look better then they actually are.
Review from Operations Dept
are always short on nurses, forcing other nurses as myself, to either leave and go home, or stay and take care of your patients. If you are a dedicated nurse as myself, you will always choose to stay and care for your patients. The administration always tells us that they are doing the best they can
Review from Operations Dept
We always pull together and keep a running sheet of who stayed over last time, and whose time it is to stay overtime next....THis works well for us. Nurse Manager is not involved at all on who stays over or goes home. We always cover our shifts, cause in long run, its the patient who suffers
Review from Operations Dept
No structure and poor training of managers
Review from Operations Dept
The team is run poorly. This affects people’s attitudes towards the career daily. If it was run more properly and effective we would have a better morale.

Make the workers feel like they are important. Because the smaller people hold the weight of major companies on their shoulders.

I enjoy helping people while efficiently producing work for diagnosis.

Helping others get well and go home
Review from Operations Dept
Admin has zero clue about what the actual WORKERS here are going through, nor do they care. They only care about cutting costs.
Review from Operations Dept
Complete lack of leadership. Inept and uneducated people in management and leadership levels. No real passion among the executive team to care for the community. Just going thru the motions.
