I enjoy helping people while efficiently producing work for diagnosis.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make the workers feel like they are important. Because the smaller people hold the weight of major companies on their shoulders.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership means taking care of those under you in order to produce a better outcome for you, them, and everyone else affected.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team is run poorly. This affects people’s attitudes towards the career daily. If it was run more properly and effective we would have a better morale.
