Leadership needs to start caring about their staff and patient safety. Not only do they force employees to work short staffed EVEN when people want to pick up, they're not even around to help when it is needed.

The leadership cares about their salary only, not the staff or patients
Leadership is more worried about politics and their bonus than patients and staff.

Leadership means taking care of those under you in order to produce a better outcome for you, them, and everyone else affected.

working with the floor staff for their trust, work for better scheduling, and help on the floor when needed. Most of time, the nurse manager is a Registered Nurse, BSRN. So they could help if they would. Most are too lazy and dont care and WONTHELP UNLESS THE STATE IS THERE SURVEYING US
