Leadership needs to start caring about their staff and patient safety. Not only do they force employees to work short staffed EVEN when people want to pick up, they're not even around to help when it is needed.

We are rhe lowest paid hospital in the county. They've been "bending the truth" that we are gettig bought out by another company and to hold on because things will get better. After two years, that fell through. We would be making 15-20/hr, they further disrespected us by giving us a $1-2 raise.

CEO that keeps his promise

Better pay since we are the lowest in San diego

I would like consistent lunch breaks and adequate staffing instead of using the money for the CEO bonus

Staff gets laid off then the CEO gets a pay raise.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The staff that are not in administration care about each other.

Everyone is willing ro do whatever it takes.

We help and support each other

Everyone gets along and works together

We always pull together and keep a running sheet of who stayed over last time, and whose time it is to stay overtime next....THis works well for us. Nurse Manager is not involved at all on who stays over or goes home. We always cover our shifts, cause in long run, its the patient who suffers

The hospital administration, especially nurse managers need to be replaced with people who know what they are doing.

Getting rid of workplace bullied with multiple complaints about them from different people.

HR is not trustworthy. They are out to terminate anyone with an opinion.

Admin has zero clue about what the actual WORKERS here are going through, nor do they care. They only care about cutting costs.

Improve community perception of the facility

Money is not put towards the hospital so it is run down and inadequate

Again we have leaders who seem to be patting the backs of the board members potentially getting kickbacks.

Complete lack of leadership. Inept and uneducated people in management and leadership levels. No real passion among the executive team to care for the community. Just going thru the motions.
