TCMC cares NOTHING about its employees. Admin and HR are constantly trying to take more away from staff. There is no appreciation for all that we have been trough in the past 2-3 years.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Admin has zero clue about what the actual WORKERS here are going through, nor do they care. They only care about cutting costs.
