It has been a work in progress- do I like where we are heading which I like to say UPWARD. There has been struggles, but have over come them. I do value and appreciate the guidance I have received over the years from Jim Cunningham. I should say he has been my mentor. I do value his opinion.

It has been good. I have been with the company for a lot of years. The changes - little changes have been good. I think it's the colleagues and teams make my time with the company enjoyable. I am always learning about the business which I enjoy the business. I Fell into it and never left.

Chicago region- we just connect, we help one another develop skills. We really have a family here

They are starting to keep everyone in the loop- I do wish anything that is happening with any changes. they allow directors and managers to be in the loop together

We keep motivated, we speak positive to one another, Cheer each other on and guide each other to learn new parts of the business, we are open to each others opinions.

We have created a community where we care for one another, we grow and educate one another in the business, they are all hard working and want to do their best.

Dealing with our loyal clients on daily basis. You get to know them as time goes on, getting to know my team on a personal level and working close with certain Managers.

We work close with one another, respect and empathy is very important these days especially and we do bring that in our work place. We have to treat one another as if they are our clients.

The fact that they are getting better involving managers more. We are in the weeds with our teams and we would like updated information as it comes with the company. Just so we are in the "Knowing"

I believe the market when reviewing is much higher -I would love the company to invest in me as I do with the company. I believe we are an excellent company and I will continue to give it my all.

They All Care for one another, they help one another. We have hard working employees that really care about the work and clients. We make sure the team connects with clients. They try to make the day fun as best as possible -positive energy !

Meeting new people from other regions and getting to know them on a personal level, watching the team grow with knowledge and makes me excited to coach them when they want to learn. The support I receive when needed and feel the encourage from others.

I am hoping that the company would do bonus's this was the first year we received one and would hope that every quarter, if we meet our goals, Managers should receive small bonus's to help us stay motivated and keeping up with cost of living as we all struggle financially one way or another.

I would say that I have a team that work together so well, care for one another and willing to help when someone is falling short. We've had team mates struggle with loss of loved ones or trying to get well health wise and the others just jump in and saves whoever may be drowning in work. Team work!

Going by the market today. I am below on the pay. I have worked with the company for a long time - because I believe in the company, I work close with sales, other regions etc. I work close 60 a week at times. I believe the service we give our clients, we should be ON at all times. I strive for that
