Pay the drivers fairly for those long distance deliveries and get a better more trained driver support team. 90% of the time it is useless to contact them. They always refer to escallated dept. And it sounds like they are reading a script and unprepared for questions
I enjoy working with UberEats sometimes, but there are a few concerns that should be considered. We only get fare from pick-up to customer which is sometimes kind of far. If close..0k. Other issue is being sent a request that is nowhere in your zone. This actually costs us instead of getting ahead
