
Frequent communication through monthly townhall meetings
Getting deep into a project and being able to work on something without interruption.
We have an awesome team, that is easy to work with and I enjoy talking to them.
Good people but leadership doesn't seem to care about the employees, only the money we bring in.
I don't like that we effectively get punished financially by taking time off. I have to make up billable time somewhere else if I take time off, and that defeats the whole purpose of "time off".
