
When I am actually appreciated, respected and my expertise is appreciated by others.
My previous team had a very good work culture. I have not yet very much seen the culture on a broader perspective, it is not very driven on the daily.
Communication, transparency and focus on bettering the experience for all employees. i.e. make offices more inviting and accessible and have spaces that provide the best possibilities to get work done.
I do not really know my current team yet, as I am new. I am talking about my previous team, but we all are very much interested in doing the best job and are all very professional.
I would want to have a clearness in salary adjustments, I had an unfortunate situation that my manager basically forget to put merit increases forward, so our whole team only received part of the merit increase for this year and this was really something that affected our whole team.
