Managing and communicating. The mood of the executive team impacts the rest of the organization. Executive team should be neutral and not keep changing depending on company performance
The company is too slow, the meetings too long, and the environment is not using technology very well. They're imposing technology on people when technology should be adopted to resolve problems.
The coworkers need to communicate more effectively and own problems. Everything seems like someone else's problem here and things go in circles for weeks to months before there is a resolve. The meetings are ridiculously long and useless.
